  • Question: I need a smaller height than the standard one.
    Answer: The height does not matter; the buyer unrolls only the necessary height, the rest remains rolled on the shaft and does not interfere.
  • Question: What is included in the kit?
    Answer: The kit includes the fabric on the shaft, brackets, fishing line for fixing the blind at the bottom, line fasteners, and screws.
  • Question: Is it possible to get additional photos (in real life)?
    Answer: Yes, at the client's request, we can send additional photos via Viber to the specified phone number.
  • Question: I bought roller blinds and cannot install them.
    Answer: We will send you a detailed video instruction on how to assemble and install the roller blind.
  • Question: I want to buy a roller blind, but the window frame is brown.
    Answer: When ordering, specify your desired hardware color.
  • Question: Is custom size manufacturing possible?
    Answer: Yes, it is possible, with a 50% prepayment of the total order value.
  • Question: The measurements were taken incorrectly, what should I do?
    Answer: If the size of the roller blind sent to you is larger, we can trim it to your size; if it is smaller, we will exchange it for a larger one with an additional payment.

Roller Blind Measurements

To measure roller blinds, you need to measure the width (value A) and height (value B) between the lines where the glazing bead touches the window frame.

Check that the distance between the glazing bead and the edge of the frame (value C) is more than 2.5 cm. The dimensions of the roller blind will be 5 cm wider than the fabric: 2.5 cm on the left and 2.5 cm on the right. For example, if you ordered a roller blind with a width of 50 cm, the assembled width with mechanisms will be 55 cm.

The height of the roller blind (value A) can be greater than your height: everything extra will remain rolled up.

Hardware Colors

By default, white hardware is used in the manufacturing of roller blinds. At the client's request, roller blinds can be equipped with colored hardware. Color options:

  • White
  • Brown
  • Golden Oak
  • Anthracite
  • Black
