Within 14 days after the buyer receives the goods, you have the right to return or exchange the goods purchased on our website, provided that:

  1. the product has not been put into operation and shows no signs of use: scratches, chips, scuffs, etc.;
  2. the product has fully preserved its merchantable appearance;
  3. the product is fully complete, and all labels, protective films, and factory markings are preserved.

After receiving and checking the contents of the parcel for compliance with the return conditions, we will refund your money to the bank card or send another product within three working days.
